This telecommunications company has telephone #'s along with 411 and 911 information residing in multiple systems.  The customer must ensure that the systems remain 'in sync'.  Feeds are received from the various systems on a daily basis.  Variances must be identified for correction and root cause analysis. Of particular importance is the sensitivity of 911 and 411 discrepancies.

With the BFC solution:

- Various feeds of telephony information including 411 and 911 infomation are loaded into the database each day

- Calculations match data and identify discrepancies with particular attention to 411 and 911 variances

- Discrepancies are aged and presented from oldest to newest to prioritize corrections and root cause analysis
