BFC Announces "BFC Reporting" MONDAY, MAY 9, 2011 Toronto, Ontario (May 9, 2011) - BFC Enterprises Inc., operator of BFCPlace.com, announced today the release of their new "BFC Reporting" product.  Developed under the working name "MiniApp", this application allows customers to significantly reduce the time and effort involved in 'tier 2' report production; that being reports which are generated using data extracted from various operational systems.   The BFC Reporting application is MS Access based.  It accommodates multiple input file formats including Comma Separated Values (csv), Microsoft Excel (xls), and Text (txt).  Data manipulation capabilities are virtually unrestricted.  Reports can be produced in MS Excel, Comma Separated Values, or text format allowing for high quality end user reports and graphs as well as working level feeds into downstream systems.  BFC Reporting is tightly coupled with Microsoft Outlook to facilitate automated report distribution. In one instance this capability has enabled a customer to reduce a 2 hour daily task which gathered data from three sources and distributed six reports to a ten minute task which gathers data from twice as many sources and distributes more than twice as many reports.
