BFC Reporting Functions

The Prepare function produces your reports.  BFC Reporting is tightly integrated with MS Excel so your reports can capitalize on the extensive capabilities provided by Excel including multiple sheets, formatting, and graphing.  Your reports can look just as nice as they do today if not nicer.  And remember, 'reports' can be feeds into downstream systems. The Store function lets you easily store your new reports in the dated folder so that they can be located days, weeks, or even months later. The Send function lets you distribute your reports either through email or a variety of other methods. You can request to 'review' emails before they go out to ensure that you know exactly what is to be sent and to whom before its sent. Distribution lists are predefined and stored in the database giving you consistent distributions from run to run. The Wrapup function is where any final steps such as notifications about task completion are inserted.
