The Setup
function performs basic housekeeping. Obsolete data is archived
ensuring that your database remains lean and mean so that functions can
be performed quickly. A dated folder is also created to house results
generated for this day so that they can be easily found later.
The Gather
function gathers data from various locations and consolidates it for
loading.
The Load
function lets you load data into the database. Many different formats are supported including TXT,
XLS,
and CSV. BFC Reporting is rich with tools for locating the
necessary pieces of data in the input files. You just provide the
file name and the Load function does the rest.
The Calculate
function replaces the labor intensive data manipulation that your staff are currently doing. Again BFC
utilizes a rich set of tools and techniques to review and organize the
data so that its ready for reporting.
It doesn't require a lot of work anymore; just the push of a button.
