Corporate Card Balances

This customer periodically receives from their corporate card provider a file of the aged balances on each of their employee's corporate cards. They are then required to forward delinquent balances to each employee with a cc to the employee's manager. The email must include the balance details along with appropriate instructions. Again, the company needs to be sensitive to the implications of forwarding information to the wrong employee. This company has a large number of employees who hold corporate cards. With the BFC solution: - The corporate card file is loaded into the MS Access database along with employee email id's - For delinquent balances only an email is constructed to the employee including their balance as well as the substantiating details - Instructions are also included in the email as to what action the employee is required to take - The entire loading and mailing process takes only minutes with BFC Reporting
