Step 2 - Setup

    

 

In order to ready the expenses module for your use we need to establish a fair bit of basic information including your expense categories, charge codes, tax treatment, locations, and pilot users and we also need to get information about your downstream interface so that your approved expenses can be electronically fed to the downstream system.

This may appear to be an onerous list but the good news is ...

  • It only needs to be done once, 
  • It doesn't take as long as you might think, and
  • We have a checklist to guide us through the process.

We'll work closely with you to make sure that everything gets set up quickly and correctly and then we'll test the setup to make sure that everything is ready for the next step.
